When British businessman and RockFIN Group CEO Fio F. Mayil first visited Turks and Caicos on a family holiday back in 2014, he immediately fell in love with these gorgeous islands. After multiple trips with friends and family, Fio built his own dream home on Grace Bay Beach and then decided to bring this opportunity to others.
Fio formed the RockFIN Group in 2023, which comprises of a brilliant team of professionals, who are tasked with developing beautiful luxury homes and commercial properties in Grace Bay. Together, they reimagine the concepts of style, space and comfort to create a new standing in elegant luxury living. This visionary team are also behind the anticipated Hilton LXR project on Grace Bay Beach.

Saphora Grace Bay is being built by special purpose company FBW Construction TCI Ltd, which is a part of the RockFIN Group.
